WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We prepare online orders as promptly as possible. The latest fulfillment timing and carrier estimate will appear during checkout or in your order emails. If an order is time-sensitive, contact us before purchasing.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
Available destinations, delivery methods, and rates are shown at checkout after you enter your address. If your destination is unavailable, email us and we will let you know what options may be possible.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?
Email hello@themooncoffee.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will do our best to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has started.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Send your order number and clear photos of the package and item to hello@themooncoffee.com. Our team will review the details and confirm the next step.

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY COFFEE?
Keep coffee sealed in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct light, heat, and moisture. Grind only what you need before brewing whenever possible.
DO YOU OFFER DIFFERENT GRIND OPTIONS?
Available formats and grind choices are listed on each product page. Select the option that matches your brewer before adding the item to your cart.
HOW DO I PREPARE MATCHA AT HOME?
Sift the matcha, add a small amount of warm - not boiling - water, then whisk briskly until smooth and lightly foamy. Finish with more water or your preferred milk.
