Some coffees feel bright and citrusy. Others are round, chocolatey, or quietly floral. Coffee Tasting Night is our invitation to slow down and notice those differences together—no specialist vocabulary required.
We begin with three coffees brewed side by side. Our baristas share the story behind each lot, from growing region and variety to processing method and roast profile. Then the room takes over: guests compare aromas, trade impressions, and discover that the same cup can remind one person of stone fruit and another of black tea.
What to expect
The tasting is relaxed, conversational, and designed for every level of coffee curiosity. We taste each coffee first while it is hot, then return as it cools. Temperature changes sweetness and acidity, revealing details that can be easy to miss in a morning rush.
- Three featured coffees brewed for comparison
- A short introduction to aroma, acidity, sweetness, and body
- Small bites selected to reset the palate
- Plenty of time for questions and conversation
The best tasting note is the one that makes sense to you.
More than a class, the evening is a reason to gather around a table. Come alone, bring a friend, or arrive with a question you have always wanted to ask a barista. You will leave with a few practical ways to taste more intentionally—and, we hope, a new favourite coffee.
